“For whom signs the “Contract of Agreement”, must also be the main account holder for all payments made. It is also compulsory that the email used to make all correspondence to Kim Louise Mander is owned by the “Contract of Agreement” signatory, with the email being sent only from this same signatory.”

 

Not one services within a package option will commence until full payment has cleared to Kim Louise Mander. An “Invoice” will be sent via email to request the payment.

 

Payment methods are by Cheque to “Kim L Mander” all cheques must show your full name as reference, or by Money Transfer again using your full name as reference. (Account details are clearly shown on the “Invoice”.)

 

A “Receipt of Payment” will be sent (via email) to the paying client, once funds are deposited to Kim Louise Mander. It is expected that when a “Site Survey” is arranged the client will be present at the property for the agreed date & time, and that the site is safe.

 

If an accident arises whilst on “site” (within the property) and damage is caused accidentally the home owner must claim damages through their own home and contents insurance.

 

Some “Site Surveys” will involve photography of the existing room (for survey purpose only) Please state via email prior to the “Site Survey” commencing if you do not wish to have photography within the property.

 

Emailing will be the main form of contact. It is important that the Client’s email address remains the same throughout all dealings with Kim Louise Mander direct.

 

All “Specification of Products” are subject to Manufacturers price increases. “Specification of Products” is valid for 30 days from issue date.

 

All installers are referral only. A separate agreement/contract is to be discussed direct with your chosen installer.
